CONVENIENCE FEE NOTICE: The option to pay the Town of Southern Pines via credit card is provided to you for your convenience. In order to recoup the cost of transactions and banking fees incurred by the Town a convenience fee of 4% will be charged to all credit card transactions as of July 1, 2024. This fee is added to the total charge that you are paying.
